Payments & Orders

 

How can I place an order?

You can place your orders directly through our website. If you have any special requests or wish to discuss bulk orders, please reach out via email at sillytrinkets.ae@gmail.com or send me a message on Instagram. I’ll be happy to assist you with your order!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through COD, debit/credit cards as direct transfer, typically we would reach out to send our bank details. (additional cost may be charged for taxes). For international shipping we take direct bank deposits. 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing it. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible via email or direct message on Instagram.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship delivers to GCC countries (Emirates, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman). As well as to UK, US, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer more countries soon!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Please note that any customs or duty charges that may incur at your destination will not be covered by us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders within UAE, expect delivery within 48 to 96 hours, excluding Fridays and public holidays. For other orders, delivery typically takes between 5 to 20 business days, depending on your location and item availability.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind on online orders.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We take great care in packaging all orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at sillytrinkets.ae@gmail.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right for you!

 

Product Information

 

Can I customize or personalize products?

Yes! We offer crochet customized items, from the items already listed on our page. If you’re interested in customizing a product, feel free to reach out to me directly on Instagram or email. We’ll be happy to discuss your ideas in more detail and create something special just for you!

Do customized orders have a delay in shipment?

After coming to an agreement about your customized crochet item, we will start working on them within immediate working days. A delay in shipment may occur due to time intake of creating your special customized product!

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Currently, we do not offer additional gift wrapping services. However, each of our products is thoughtfully packaged, making them perfect for gifting as is.
