Our shipping locations

Our shipping delivers to GCC countries (Emirates, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman). As well as to UK, US, Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries hopefully soon enough! 

Dispatch & Processing

If your items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received. We ship orders on weekends, except on UAE public holidays, which may delay the shipping a bit.

Please note that during packed seasons, such as the weeks leading up to Ramadan, Christmas, or new product launches, we may experience higher order volumes, which could lead to dispatch or shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Please keep in mind for crocheted items, if not in stock, we will start to work on the order after payment has been done within a week so there may be a delay in shipping however, we just want to make sure to deliver the best of the best for you all! 


UAE Orders

For orders within the UAE, we offer delivery from Friday to Sunday, excluding public holidays. Delivery for orders within the UAE will typically be completed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.


International Orders

Silly Trinkets ships all online orders via air freight, with shipping costs calculated based on the weight of your order. International delivery typically takes between 10-20 working days, depending on your location.

Please note: Silly Trinkets is not responsible for any customs charges that may occur. Be sure to review any customs charges that may apply before purchasing. Kindly ensure you provide your complete and accurate address, including any apartment or building details, to avoid potential delays or additional fees from the shipping company.

If you refuse any customs duty or other charges, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost or customs charge when we receive the package back. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable fees before purchasing.

Silly Trinkets is not responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipping.


Returns & Exchange

We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on online orders. At Silly Trinkets, we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you safely.

In the rare event that a product is damaged or faulty, please email us at sillytrinkets.ae@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you promptly with an exchange or replacement. after 24 hours if no contact was done, damaged items cannot be exchanged or replaced.
